HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
It starts with setting up an appointment on our website and putting down the deposit which will be applied to your purchase. We then agree on a meeting place, whether it's your office, home, or a mutual site, to take your measurements and select your fabrics. Once we have those complete, we will choose the buttons, lining, and final design. Upon approval of your item and completed transaction, it will be about 4-6 weeks until your order arrives. See our care guidelines to keep your items looking as good as the day your purchased them!
WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
Because all pieces are completely custom, the prices vary depending on the level of detail and fabric chosen. For budgetary purposes, you can expect custom suits to start at $850.
WHAT HAPPENS IT IF DOESN'T FIT?
Once the item arrives, we meet again and do the final fitting. If any adjustments need to be made, we will take care of it as long as there isn't any drastic change in weight or size.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY CUSTOM PIECES?
Our quality is impeccable and it stays that way as long as you know how to care for it. See our Care guidelines for more detail or ask your haberdasher during your final fitting.
